DeVore Homes offers turn key housing.
We can take care of every thing from site preparation
to financing. All you need is a building site. Quotes
are available for foundation, garages and decks.

Our pricing includes setting your new home on your prepared site
and foundation. Prepared site means that the site is accessible
for our delivery equipment, the lot is level and public utilities are
located at the house site.

Financing: DeVore Homes can handle financing.  We work with
several local and national lenders and can find the best rate and loan
program to fit your needs. Loan programs available include first time
home buyer and 100% financing is available for qualified land owners.

  Our location is 11 miles south of Knoxville on Highway 5. 
 
DeVore Homes has several model homes on display.  Our model homes change on occasion but typically we will have both modular and manufactured homes.  We have displayed ranch, cape cod, two story, and vacation homes.  See our Display Lot page for homes on display and check out our This Month Special page for possible model homes being sold off the display lot.
